Vernal Pools Hike at Erie Bluffs
Throughout Pennsylvania, there are woodland pools that fill with water in the spring, but are gone by the end of summer. Join a naturalist to discover these pools crawling with critters! We will be hiking approximately 1.5 miles over some steep and uneven terrain. The end of our hike will be in the dark in hopes of hearing the frogs beginning their nighttime chorus. No fee, no registration required.
